Role Summary 職位簡介

This post plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO with the strategic and operational management of our manufacturing facilities in Guangdong and Vietnam.

This leadership position is responsible for driving production efficiency, ensuring product quality, managing costs, and mitigating operational risks.

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

Bachelor’s degree or above
學士學位或以上
Minimum 10 years of factory management experience in plastic or electronic product manufacturing
至少10年塑膠或電子產品製造業的工廠管理經驗
Experience in sensor, electronic parts, or related manufacturers is an advantage
具備感應器、電子零件或相關製造商經驗者優先
Expertise in managing factory production, quality assurance, cost control, and HR operations
精通工廠生產管理、品質保證、成本控制及人力資源運作
Familiarity with quality standards and operational models of European, American, and Japanese clients
熟悉歐洲、美國及日本客戶的品質標準及營運模式
Proven experience in client audits and direct client engagement
具備客戶審核及直接客戶接觸的成功經驗
Strong cross-functional communication skills across all organizational levels
具備跨部門及跨層級的良好溝通能力
Solid understanding of legal, financial, and industry compliance risks
深入了解法律、財務及行業合規風險
Ability to establish and implement risk management mechanisms
能夠建立及執行風險管理機制
Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
具備良好英文、中文及普通話水平

Key Responsibilities 工作職責

Support the CEO in overseeing factory operations in Guangzhou and Vietnam
協助CEO監督廣州及越南工廠的營運
Drive production process optimization, efficiency, and product quality improvements
推動生產流程優化、提升效率及改善產品品質
Monitor and manage key cost indicators to enhance operational efficiency
監控及管理主要成本指標，以提升營運效率
Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans
識別營運風險並制定應變計劃
Prepare and present regular business analysis reports to the CEO
編制並向CEO匯報定期業務分析報告
Participate in strategic decision-making, offering data-driven insights and recommendations
參與策略決策，提供數據驅動的見解及建議
