We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through off boarding, as well as supporting compensation & benefits administration and general HR operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong coordination and communication skills, capable of working effectively across multiple business units and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding & Employee Management

Review and verify new employee onboarding materials and documentation.

Build and maintain employee files and register accounts in HR systems.

Prepare employment contracts and other onboarding-related documents.

Send onboarding notifications and welcome emails; arrange First Day orientation schedules.

Facilitate onboarding for various employee types including interns, part-time staff, and employees across Hong Kong, Singapore and US entities.

2. Transfers & Amendments

Process inter-entity and cross-location employee transfers.

Handle transfer procedures and related notifications.

Maintain and update HR system data, ID documents, bank card details, and contract records.

3. Internship Contract Renewals

Review and verify students-visa, NOL and supporting letter requirements.

Issue offer letters and prepare contracts for signing and return.

4. Offboarding & Exit Managemen

tProactively send resignation reminders to departing employees

.Issue departure emails and collect exit forms

.Prepare offboarding documentation packages and manage file archiving

.Conduct background checks for former employees

.5. Compensation & Benefit

sRegister new employees in eMPF platform; and update MPF records upon contract changes

.Handle Staff Medical & Life insurance enrollment, termination, and mid-period adjustments

.Assist the payroll team in updating monthly employee lists

.Collect personal tax materials; assist the payroll team in arranging individual tax document signing

Requiremen

tsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related disciplin

e.Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a sizeable organisation or multi-entity environmen

t.Hands-on experience with full-cycle HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and benefits administratio

n.Prior exposure to Hong Kong and/or Singapore HR practices, labour laws, and compliance (e.g. MPF, E-visa, work pass regulations) is highly preferre
