You will take full leadership of the Vietnam office and related operations, driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and continuous improvement across all functions.

You will be responsible for overall performance in Vietnam, overseeing daily operations, manufacturing processes, supply base management, compliance, and team development to ensure the company’s standards and objectives are consistently achieved.

Lead and manage the Vietnam office and its operations, including manufacturing coordination, vendor management, sourcing, quality, logistics, and supporting functions.
Lãnh đạo và quản lý văn phòng Việt Nam và toàn bộ hoạt động, bao gồm điều phối sản xuất, quản lý nhà cung cấp, thu mua, chất lượng, logistics và các bộ phận hỗ trợ.
Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy for Vietnam, aligning business performance with global and regional objectives of the group.
Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược vận hành toàn diện cho Việt Nam, bảo đảm kết quả kinh doanh phù hợp với các mục tiêu khu vực và toàn cầu của tập đoàn.
Strengthen manufacturing processes, operational controls, productivity, and cost efficiency across all Vietnam-based and regional manufacturing partners.
Tăng cường quy trình sản xuất, kiểm soát vận hành, năng suất và hiệu quả chi phí tại tất cả các đối tác sản xuất ở Việt Nam và trong khu vực.
Take overall responsibility for achieving KPIs related to delivery, quality, cost, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations, international quality and safety standards, and group policies, particularly in toy safety and ethical sourcing.

Lead, mentor, and develop management and operational teams in Vietnam, building a performance-driven, collaborative, and accountable culture.
Dẫn dắt, kèm cặp và phát triển đội ngũ quản lý và vận hành tại Việt Nam, xây dựng văn hóa làm việc dựa trên hiệu quả, tinh thần hợp tác và trách nhiệm rõ ràng.
Conduct regular risk assessments and operational audits; identify gaps, propose improvements, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro và kiểm toán vận hành định kỳ; xác định các điểm thiếu sót, đề xuất cải tiến và thúc đẩy các hành động khắc phục, phòng ngừa.
Partner closely with global and regional teams in supply chain, product development, merchandising, and quality to ensure smooth project execution and stable production flows.
Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các nhóm toàn cầu và khu vực trong chuỗi cung ứng, phát triển sản phẩm, merchandising và chất lượng nhằm đảm bảo triển khai dự án suôn sẻ và dòng sản xuất ổn định.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM factories, vendors, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other key external stakeholders in Vietnam.
Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ chặt chẽ với các nhà máy OEM, nhà cung cấp, cơ quan quản lý, hiệp hội ngành và các đối tác bên ngoài quan trọng khác tại Việt Nam.
Represent the company in Vietnam as the senior in-country leader, providing market insights, operational recommendations, and supporting long-term strategic planning.
Đại diện cho công ty tại Việt Nam với vai trò lãnh đạo cấp cao tại địa phương, cung cấp các đánh giá về thị trường, khuyến nghị vận hành và hỗ trợ hoạch định chiến lược dài hạn.

Ideal Candidate Ứng Viên Lý Tưởng

Bachelor’s degree holder, studies in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is a plus
Tốt nghiệp đại học; ưu tiên chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật, Sản xuất, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Chuỗi cung ứng hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Minimum 10 years of solid experience in manufacturing, trading, sourcing, or buying offices in toys; at least 5 years in a senior managerial or general management role.
Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm vững chắc trong sản xuất, thương mại, thu mua hoặc văn phòng mua hàng trong ngành đồ chơi; ít nhất 5 năm ở vị trí quản lý cấp cao hoặc tổng quản lý.
Strong exposure to US or multinational companies, with good understanding of international customer expectations, compliance, and reporting standards.
Có nhiều kinh nghiệm làm việc với các công ty Mỹ hoặc tập đoàn đa quốc gia, hiểu rõ kỳ vọng của khách hàng quốc tế, yêu cầu tuân thủ và chuẩn mực báo cáo.
In-depth understanding of manufacturing and sourcing frameworks, including quality systems (e.g. ISO 9001), production optimization, social compliance, and labor law requirements.
Hiểu biết sâu về khung sản xuất và thu mua, bao gồm hệ thống chất lượng (ví dụ ISO 9001), tối ưu hóa sản xuất, tuân thủ trách nhiệm xã hội và các yêu cầu của luật lao động.
Good command of written and spoken English. Vietnamese speaking is essential for this role; Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be a strong plus.
