A leading investment bank is currently looking for a motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join their team and play a key role in executing a broad spectrum of landmark transactions and financing products.

Responsibilities

Support live deal execution across M&A, ECM, DCM, and strategic advisory mandates etc.
Develop robust financial models and carry out comprehensive valuations using DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and other standard techniques
Prepare client-ready presentation materials, pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations
Perform in-depth industry and company research, valuation analysis, and due diligence
Help manage transaction workstreams, including coordinating due diligence processes, preparing documentation, and working closely with legal counsel, auditors, and other external advisors
Produce regular market commentary and keep internal databases current with the latest sector and pricing information

Requirements

University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Minimum of 1–3 years’ corporate finance experience. Demonstrated involvement in live deal processes, including coordination with multiple parties and managing timelines
Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, Dealogic, or Capital IQ is a strong advantage
Self-driven, proactive, and ambitious, with the ability to perform under pressure and strong communication and analytical skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Recognized professional qualification will be an advantage
