Key Responsibilities
Support and execute commercial development initiatives across both Hotel and PBSA portfolios, covering corporate, MICE, travel trade, long-stay, university, and education-related segments.
Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities with a strong development and hunter mindset.
Build and manage sales pipelines, maintain accurate CRM records, and work towards clearly defined revenue and KPI targets.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, contracts, and commercial reports.
Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Brand to ensure smooth execution and delivery of commercial commitments.
Represent the company in meetings, sales calls, and industry or partner events when required.
