Job Summary: We are a leading manufacturer in the Home Appliance sector, expanding our footprint in Vietnam. We are seeking experienced engineering and management professionals to join our R&D and Manufacturing teams. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in mass production, quality control, and new product introduction (NPI) within the appliance industry.
Focus: Transferring products from R&D to Mass Production smoothly.
- Skills & Experience:
- Experience in NPI Phase Gate Process (EVT/DVT/PVT/MP).
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand tooling (Injection mold, Die-cast).
- Strong coordination skills between R&D (often in HQ) and Factory (Vietnam).
- Experience in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly).
Key Responsibilities:
- Management Roles: Lead the department, set KPIs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Engineering Roles: Execute product design, process validation, quality assurance, and factory ramp-up activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HQ (China/USA/Europe) and local teams to ensure product specs and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Home Appliance manufacturing (e.g., Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, Small Appliances).
- Mandatory: Must be willing to be stationed in Vietnam (Relocation support provided if applicable).
- Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus but not required for all roles).
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949 (if applicable), and local Vietnam labor laws/regulations.
