Assistant Manager, Total Rewards and HR Analytics

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted Total Rewards consultant for the HR team and internal clients, providing expertise on Total Rewards programs and policies.
Assist in planning, designing, and evaluating total reward policies, processes, and programs, as well as governance framework for Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Bermuda
Take responsibility for various Total Rewards initiatives, including annual salary reviews, bonus and incentive programs, benefits scheme reviews, C&B benchmarking, and other rewards-related activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfill analysis and reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with Group governance and regulatory standards.
Support the enhancement of the total rewards value proposition for employees and improve line managers’ ability to communicate key reward philosophies and messages.
Manage relationships with service providers.
Collaborate with global teams on rewards projects as needed.
Undertake other assigned duties and ad hoc projects as necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Statistics or related disciplines
At least five years of relevant experience in Total Rewards or role with relevant mix of analytical, project management and policy-setting experience.
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, with strong attention to details and follow-through.
Excellent numerical skills and proficiency in Excel modelling
Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and a drive for results and problem solving
Proficiency in HRIS Compensation Module is highly preferred
High level of personal integrity and ethics
Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work
