What we are looking for

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across performance marketing, CRM, and campaign management functions. This role will lead data-driven marketing initiatives to grow our customer base and optimize the entire customer lifecycle for financial products and services, including credit, loans, deposits, and investment offerings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience scaling digital platforms, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and orchestrating end-to-end CRM and campaign ecosystems, preferably within financial services or insurance.

Responsibilities

CRM & Customer Lifecycle Management

· Orchestrate end-to-end CRM and digital messaging ecosystems across owned channels (Mobile App, Web, EDM, SMS, Push).

· Develop customer segmentation frameworks and personalization engines to enhance product adoption and digital engagement.

· Launch automated email and lifecycle marketing programs focused on cross-selling, retention, and increasing customer lifetime value.

· Design event-triggered messaging sequences for "key life moments," delivering hyper-relevant content at peak engagement times.

Campaign Management

· Scale campaign output to multiple monthly initiatives while maintaining brand excellence and regulatory compliance.

· Lead rigorous A/B and multivariate testing culture across creative, timing, and audience variables to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency.

· Coordinate with product, digital, analytics, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and revenue goals.

· Establish performance dashboards to track the full marketing funnel, providing senior leadership with actionable insights on market trends and ROI.

Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition

· Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across affiliate, partnership, SEM, social, and programmatic channels to acquire new customers.

· Manage multi-million-dollar monthly marketing budgets with daily optimization protocols to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.

· Build and scale digital distribution channels from inception to market leadership, ensuring sustained high YoY growth.

· Architect multi-channel acquisition funnels, continuously refining audience targeting and creative testing to meet aggressive growth targets.

Strategic Partnerships & Affiliate Management

· Manage high-performing affiliate networks and strategic partnerships with banks, aggregators, brokers, and digital platforms.

· Build partnership ecosystems with travel, retail, lifestyle, and digital platforms (e.g., WeChat, Alipay, Trip.com) to engage Hong Kong consumers and Mainland Chinese visitors.

Product & Digital Optimization

· Act as lead analytics partner for web/app redesign initiatives, translating funnel analysis into UX/UI requirements that improve conversion rates.

· Conduct comprehensive audits and friction-point analysis to prioritize product roadmaps aligned with high-impact growth opportunities.

· Collaborate with technology teams to enhance digital user experience and support integration with third-party platforms.

Compliance & Governance

· Define and enforce digital messaging best practices and stringent regulatory compliance standards.

· Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure all campaigns meet financial regulations, brand excellence, and global banking security requirements.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

· 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and CRM; financial services, insurance, or digital banking experience highly preferred

· Expertise in affiliate marketing platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe or MoEngage), analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics), and performance optimization

· Proven ability to develop, scale, and own digital distribution channels with strong growth trajectories

· Deep experience in customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and marketing automation

· Strong understanding of financial products: credit cards, loans, investments, and deposits

· Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven mindset; certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or AI tools preferred

· Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and cross-functional leadership skills
