Assist Regional Managers to manage local markets in the planning and execution of markets’ annual marketing plans with the aim of building and strengthening the brand profile in APAC & ME.
- Support Regional Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of annual marketing plans across APAC & Middle East markets, driving initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
- Provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support across regional marketing functions, including advertising, public relations, events, social media, digital marketing, CRM, and visual merchandising.
- Partner closely with local markets and account servicing teams to ensure timely and effective execution of regional campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain marketing databases, dashboards, and reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and insightful performance tracking.
- Manage product sample logistics, including loan requests, shipments, returns, inventory tracking, and documentation.
- Compile, analyze, and distribute media coverage reports, PR clippings, and campaign results for internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, external agencies, vendors, and market partners to support seamless project delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, meeting materials, marketing reports, and post-campaign recaps.
- Coordinate team operations and administrative activities, including scheduling, filing, document management, and vendor liaison.
- Support regional logistics and inventory management by overseeing shipment coordination and maintaining accurate tracking documentation.
- Process marketing-related expenditures through internal financial systems, including SAP, purchase orders, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Source and procure marketing collateral, trade marketing materials, gifts, and event support items in accordance with budget and brand guidelines.
- Maintain the organization and presentation standards of the regional showroom, sample inventory, and marketing archive.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments to support the evolving needs of the regional marketing team.
Qualifications
- A highly organized and detail-oriented team player with strong coordination and project management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn across multiple marketing disciplines.
- An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, administration, or a related field, preferably within a regional or multinational environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP, CRM platforms, data management tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools is an advantage.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Coordinator.
