You’ll help our global businesses attract the talent they need to grow and bring Asian culinary culture to more people.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Global Functions and APAC business roles, with additional hiring assignments as business needs evolve.
Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to clarify needs, agree hiring priorities and shape practical recruitment plans.
Source and engage candidates through direct outreach, referrals and other relevant channels to build strong shortlists.
Guide candidate assessment and selection, helping stakeholders make informed and timely hiring decisions.
Coordinate interviews, feedback and offers with relevant partners, keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
Track hiring progress, maintain accurate recruitment records and share insights to improve delivery and candidate experience.
Contribute to or drive TA projects as assigned, based on team priorities, including employer branding, talent mapping and pipelines, campus recruitment, process improvements and ATS or AI-enabled tools.

What You’ll Bring

Must-haves

5+ years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Ability to independently manage end-to-end hiring and balance multiple recruitment priorities.
Strong sourcing, candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.
Clear communication, sound judgment and a practical approach to solving recruitment challenges.

Good-to-haves

Exposure to recruitment across different functions or markets.
Experience contributing to TA projects or improving recruitment processes.
