Job Description
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Prepare and maintain FSD and TSD documentation.
- Support solution design, leveraging knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Perform data analysis and validation using Oracle SQL.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Support testing (SIT/UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Stay updated with technology trends and promote best practices in development and performance.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience as an IT BA or similar role.
- Strong business analysis skills with solid technical background.
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle) and experience with data analysis.
- Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Good documentation skills for functional and technical specifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver under pressure.
