This incumbent is to drive an employee lifecycle experience through HR technology, process excellence, and people analytics.

The Job

Manage and process Workday-enabled employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
Deliver a seamless system experience by resolving system, workflow, and data-related issues.
Provide workforce analytics and insights to support HR and business decision-making.
Ensure HR data accuracy, governance, compliance, and process integrity.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the employee experience.

The Person

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Shared Services, People Analytics, or HR Transformation.
Experience managing employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, compensation changes, and offboarding.
Hands-on experience with Workday is a must.
Insurance or financial services industry experience is a plus.
Strong ownership and learning agility
Candidate with less experience may be considered for Senior Officer position.
