The China Financial Institutions Sales team at Natixis CIB provides multi-asset solutions to institutional clients across the Greater China region, addressing their investment, hedging, and securities financing requirements.

Global Securities Financing (GSF) is a strategic product franchise within Natixis. GSF delivers comprehensive, tailored solutions to help financial institutions optimize their asset portfolios (including credit, equities, and fund shares) utilizing diverse formats such as Repos, Asset Switches, Securities Lending, Derivatives (TRS, Forwards), and Pledged Loans.

This role is responsible for driving the marketing and delivery of our GSF financing and structured solutions and expanding our Financial Institutions client footprint in the Greater China region.

Main Responsibilities:

Product Marketing & Distribution: Originate and market GSF products and financing solutions across Fixed Income and Equities to institutional clients domiciled in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
Account Management & Client Onboarding: Actively cover assigned accounts and drive onboarding for new institutional clients, including Chinese banks, securities houses, insurance companies, and asset managers.
Execution Support: Partner with senior sales professionals to structure, price, and seamlessly execute transactions, ensuring high-quality client service throughout the trade lifecycle.
Strategic Business Growth: Adopt a strategic mindset to identify scalable, sustainable business opportunities and structurally grow the GSF franchise in the region.
Risk & Relationship Management: Maintain a strong risk culture, ensuring all activities adhere to internal compliance, credit, and regulatory guidelines while fostering deep, trust-based client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of global markets experience within investment bank, with a preference for candidates who have a proven track record of covering Chinese institutional clients.
Product Knowledge: Strong foundation in structured products, derivatives, fixed income and equities financing.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline from a reputable business school or university.
Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and offshore/onshore Chinese clients.
