THE TEAM
The global Finance function at Rosewood Hotel Group ensures strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and effective financial controls across the Group. The team supports sound business decision making through timely reporting, compliance, and financial analysis, and works closely with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to enable the Group’s operational and strategic objectives. This role sits within the CFO Office and supports the Chief Financial Officer.

YOUR ROLE
As Accounting & Administrative Officer, you contribute to the success of Rosewood Hotel Group by providing dependable accounting, reporting, and administrative support to the CFO Office. You support the accuracy of financial records, the efficiency of finance operations, and the smooth running of day-to-day administrative activities.
Through strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset, you help improve operational efficiency, support core finance processes, and enable senior leadership effectiveness.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

Accurately record daily accounting transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
Support accounts payable, expense processing, and accounts receivable activities, including payment preparation and follow-up on outstanding items.
Perform bank and account reconciliations, maintaining clear and well-organized supporting records.
Prepare and update monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation of figures.
Support month-end closing activities, compliance processes, and KYC documentation in line with internal procedures.
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CFO Office, including coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and handling day-to-day logistics.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

You hold a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
You bring hands-on experience in accounting, finance support, and/or administrative or secretarial roles.
You have a sound understanding of basic accounting principles and are comfortable working with numbers and financial data.
You are proficient in Excel and general computer applications, with a strong eye for detail.
You are highly organized, manage your time effectively, and handle confidential information with discretion.
You are flexible, open-minded, and comfortable supporting a variety of ad hoc tasks in a fast-paced environment.
