The candidate will continuously provide business insights and analytical support for the preparation of APAC business reviews, evaluating Channel, Brand, Customer and Market performance across the Region. The role will involve analyzing portfolio dynamics, distribution networks, market trends, competitive landscapes, commercial opportunities, and clients' performance to support strategic decision-making.

In parallel, he/she will be responsible for the preparation, consolidation and analysis of monthly sales and orders forecasts at both aggregate and detailed levels, identifying key business drivers, risks and opportunities to support discussions with senior management.

Reporting directly to the Senior Go-to-Market and Business Analysis Manager, the Business Analyst/Business Analysis Specialist will work closely with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Go-to-Market teams across APAC, coordinating information collection, ensuring data consistency, and supporting cross-functional business initiatives throughout the Region.

How you will contribute

Execute and interpret analyses of sales activities, distribution performance, sell-in and sell-out trends, and marketing initiatives, providing insights and reports to management and cross-functional teams
Collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams in the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of reporting databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and timely updates
Design and execute ad hoc business analysis and research projects aimed at evaluating commercial opportunities, channel performance, distribution strategies and other business priorities as defined by top management
Conduct market research to assess brands' positioning, market penetration, industry developments, consumer trends and competitive dynamics across APAC markets
Analyze and assess sales, orders, pricing, product portfolio performance, client development, distribution channels and forecasting trends, identifying growth drivers as well as potential risks impacting business performance
Create, maintain and enhance business dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators, improve visibility of business results and facilitate decision making
Monitor and analyze competitors' performance, market developments and industry best practices, sharing key findings and business implications with top management, Sales and Marketing teams
Support the Direct Manager in recurring business reviews preparation, forecasting, strategic projects, commercial planning activities and management reporting requirements
Provide regular business updates, executive summaries and analytical reports
Prepare and support the development of presentations and business review materials for senior management on a monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis

Who you are

The ideal candidate possesses relevant experience in Business Analysis, Commercial Planning, Sales Controlling or related functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Experience in Luxury, Fashion, Eyewear, Cosmetics, Consumer Goods or Retail industries will be considered a strong advantage. Given the frequent interaction with Kering Eyewear Headquarters, Italian language proficiency is considered a strong plus.

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, finance or related discipline
Broad business understanding and strong commercial acumen
Strong analytical capabilities
Strong focus on results, accountability and respect for deadlines
Ability and confidence in managing and analyzing large and complex product portfolios
Ability to conduct complex analyses and synthesize findings into clear reports, presentations and executive summaries
Strong team player with excellent communication skills, high level of autonomy and proactive approach to problem solving
Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions and support the implementation of improvements
Strong foundation in financial planning, performance analysis, forecasting and business reporting
Advanced expertise in Excel, Power Point and Power BI are required
Fluent English mandatory; Italian language proficiency considered a strong plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities across different markets and stakeholders
Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
