Job Summary:
As a Cast Services Assistant / Part Time, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for non-local Cast Members from the moment they arrive. Your care and coordination help bring the magic of Disney to life behind the scenes – ensuring every Cast Member feels supports, valued, and inspired. Through thoughtful coordination, seamless logistics, and positive engagement, you will help shape the journey of those who make Disney stories come live every day.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for non-local Cast Members, including accommodation arrangements and arrival assistance.
- Support the planning and execution of Cast care initiatives, engagement events, and activities aimed at enhancing the non-local Cast Member experience.
- Act as a primary contact for non-local Cast Member inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and support.
Requirements
- University students or graduates in any discipline
- Available to work at least two weekdays per week, with flexibility for weekend duties when required.
- Energetic, positive attitude, strong team players and passionate about Disney.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
- Previous experience working at Disney Theme Parks is a plus.
