Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate with other finance teams for financial reporting and management reporting;
- Prepare monthly management reports such as Division profit and loss report, profit and loss by contract analysis and any other ad hoc reports.
- Prepare variance analysis, reconciliation, reports and schedules on a timely basis;
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in compliance with policies and statutory requirements;
- Supervise a team to carry out accounts payable, fixed asset management, general ledger etc;
- Perform Other duties and projects as assigned; and
- Liaise with various parties to facilitate all kinds of financial related duties.
Job Requirements:-
- Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting with CPA qualification;
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in accounting and/or auditing field;
- Knowledge in month-end closing;
- Experience in service industry is highly preferred;
- Experience in using SAP FICO;
- Strong problem solving skills and self-motivation with strong communication skills;
- Good command of English; and
- Working location in Chek Lap Kok, Lantau.
