Responsibilities

Handle all accounting and finance matters for Hong Kong Business Operation, including both Leasing and Property Sales
Manage daily accounting operations, financial transactions, and general ledger maintenance
Assist in month-end closing and fixed asset management
Prepare monthly management reports and financial analyses for Hong Kong Business Operation
Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities
Prepare and review statutory accounts and profits tax filings for Hong Kong entities
Coordinate annual audits and interim reviews with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in finance system enhancement and process improvement initiatives
Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with HKICPA or equivalent professional qualification
5–8 years of relevant experience gained from a Big Four CPA firm and/or a sizeable listed company
Sound knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements
Experience in property leasing, property sales, and/or property development is an advantage
Experience in finance system implementation, enhancement, or revamp projects is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Hands-on experience with Oracle is preferred
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Accountant
