Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day operation and management of properties
Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for IO/OC
Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties

Requirement:

Degree or Diploma holder of Property Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework;
Holder of PMP (Tier 2) licence;
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management
Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of IO/OC;
Customer-oriented and good communication skills;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Able to work independently and under pressure;
Immediate available is highly preferred;

Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include birthday leave, marriage leave, paternity leave / 14 weeks’ of maternity leave, full attendance leave, training allowance, professional membership allowance, newborn baby allowance, medical allowance and other special leave.
