Description

As a Leasing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates for commercial properties.
Negotiating lease terms and agreements with potential tenants to align with business objectives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless property operations and tenant on boarding.
Monitoring and analysing leasing performance metrics to achieve financial targets.
Managing lease renewals and terminations while minimising downtime and vacancy rates.
Ensuring compliance with local regulations

Profile

A successful Leasing Manager should have:

over 8+ years of experience in office leasing and management.
Proven ability to develop and execute effective leasing strategies.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build tenant relationships.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties and tasks effectively.
Familiarity with local regulations related to property leasing.

Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from HKD 630,000 to HKD 800,000 per annum.
