The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a generalist role and enjoys taking ownership of both people operations and corporate administration. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations while also managing key governance and compliance functions.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and/or general administration.
Soft Skills: Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving, coordination, and interpersonal skills. High integrity and meticulous attention to detail are essential, especially when handling confidential information.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Proficiency in Japanese is a strong plus.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Chinese Word Processing. Familiarity with HRIS or document management systems is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Full HR Operations: Oversee end-to-end HR processes, supporting the full employee lifecycle and daily HR activities.
Document Management: Manage the company's centralized filing and document management system, ensuring secure storage and timely retrieval of corporate and personnel records.
Corporate Governance: Handle corporate governance duties, including submission of Annual Returns and maintenance of Board of Directors’ minutes and resolutions.
Business Administration: Coordinate and check KYC questionnaires, providing business administration support to internal departments and external clients.
IT Liaison: Liaise with the IT Department to resolve system issues and uphold IT security protocols.
Licensing Management: Manage licensing matters, including the application, renewal, and maintenance of all necessary corporate and individual licenses.
CPD Oversight: Oversee Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities, including tracking staff training records, coordinating programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Special Projects: Lead special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by senior management.
