Job Title: Key Account Manager (B2B Engineering Solutions)

Working Location: Shatin, Hong Kong (Conveniently located near Shek Mun MTR Station)

Company Overview: We are an established Hong Kong-based engineering and manufacturing solution partner with over 30 years of track record, managing an annual revenue of USD 25 million and a team of 500+ manufacturing professionals in our Shenzhen facility. We specialize in high-end custom cable assemblies, plastic injection molding (DfM), and full box-build services.

With a strong and dynamic presence in international markets, we do not only manage projects from afar; we arrange annual visits to our customers across Australia, Europe, and North America to build deep, strategic partnerships. As we successfully pivot into a highly consultative, early-stage R&D partner for premium global brands, we are looking for a growth-oriented Key Account Manager to join our Hong Kong team. This is an entrepreneurial role responsible for deeply mining existing strategic accounts and actively developing new corporate clients within these high-growth regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Growth & Inside Hunting (Cross-selling): Proactively map out the organizational structures of our major accounts across North America, Europe, and Australia. Hunt for new business opportunities across different product lines, business units, or regional R&D centers within those accounts.
International Client Engagement: Participate in annual overseas business trips to visit clients and prospects face-to-face in Australia, Europe, and North America, driving high-level relationship building and project conversions.
New Strategic Client Acquisition: Utilize consultative B2B sales strategies and professional networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to target, approach, and acquire new high-potential corporate clients (R&D Managers, Product Designers) in our core overseas markets.
Consultative Technical Selling: Engage with international clients' engineering and design teams at an early stage. Understand their design bottlenecks, and pitch our tailored engineering solutions, specialized capabilities (PCBA, Plastics, Cables), and Design for Manufacturing (DfM) expertise.
Audit & Factory Hosting: Lead and coordinate international client visits to our Shenzhen facility, hosting factory tours and managing formal client quality/process audits to secure project onboarding.
Cross-border Team Alignment: Partner closely with our 500+ manufacturing professionals and engineering teams in our Shenzhen facility to translate complex client requirements into feasible production plans. (Occasional short day-trips to the factory required; no overnight stay).

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business, International Trade, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–6 years of proven track record in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within the manufacturing, electronics, or industrial supply chain sectors. (Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Business Development Representative role).
Proven experience handling overseas corporate clients, with the willingness and ability to travel internationally for customer visits (Australia, Europe, North America).
A strong "growth mindset" and excellent team spirit, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively internally while expanding existing account revenue and opening new doors.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin. Comfort level in negotiating with overseas corporate buyers is essential.
