We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated candidate to join our Innovative Business Department (ETFs and Virtual Assets) as an Intern. This internship position is a good opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research, digital assets, and AI applications within the financial industry.
We expect you to quickly develop a solid understanding of asset management industry, virtual asset ETFs, and emerging technologies in order to provide timely and insightful analytical support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the team in conducting market research and data analysis related to money market funds and virtual asset ETFs.
2. Track the latest developments in global digital assets, blockchain, and AI, and prepare regular research reports.
3. Participate in the analysis of new business initiatives, utilizing AI tools to enhance analytical efficiency.
4. Support daily or other ad-hoc tasks.
Knowledge/Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Financial Technology or other related disciplines.
2. Basic understanding of money market funds and virtual asset ETFs, with fundamental financial knowledge.
3. A self-starter with strong logical thinking and data analysis skills.
4. Strong interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technology and its application in the financial industry.
5. Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Python/SQL or AI tools is a plus.
6. Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to quickly learn new things.
2. Job Title: Intern, Sales and Marketing
We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated candidate to join our Business Development Department as the Sales and Marketing Intern. This internship position is a good opportunity to gain hands-on experience of GaoTeng products and services by supporting our business development initiatives.
We expect you to quickly learn our products and services in order to provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive sales and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in preparing the company's marketing materials and pitching documents in both Chinese and English.
2. Assist in completing the official RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and related after-sales documents from domestic and foreign institutional customers.
3. Help compiling periodic sales related reports, management information and product performance statistics for market analysis or research.
4. Help tracking product performance, cooperate with the investment team, and respond to internal inquiries in a timely manner.
5. Help the corporate branding communications and marketing events.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Knowledge/Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or other related disciplines.
2. A strong interest in financial markets is essential.

3. Job Title: Intern, Fund Operations
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our Operations Management Department. This fund operations intern position is an opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of GaoTeng products and fund services by supporting the fund operations team.
This successful candidate will be given considerable exposure to our daily fund operations and opportunities to work with different functions including the Investment team, IT team and Product team.
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in handling registration process such as securities account opening/closing, broker annual review, and relevant document preparation.
2. Assist with KYC/AML review upon dealing account opening, assist on subscription and redemption, trailer fee calculation, and customer service.
3. Help daily portfolio investment operations, covering trade capture, matching, settlements, corporate actions and liaison with counterparties and custodians.
4. Help fund NAV calculation, covering reconciliation, asset pricing, expenses booking and payments.
5. Help prepare the internal operations reports in a timely manner.
6. Support leaders to ensure smooth daily fund operations.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Accounting / Finance/ Mathematics / IT or related discipline.
2. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking, keen to details, and adaptive to new challenges.
3. Being creative and adhere to new ideas, always looking for better ways to complete tasks.
4. Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.
5. Proficient in both English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage. With related experience in customer service preferred.
4. Job Title: Intern, Human Resources
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers valuable hands-on exposure across different HR functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, professional, and eager to gain practical experience in the asset management industry while contributing to meaningful HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, and interview arrangements.
2. Assist in staff on-boarding and off-boarding formalities, launching background checks, visa applications, and extensions.
3. Participate in all-round training programs, including training needs identification, training content design, and training administration.
4. Help maintain and update staff personnel files, internal system and HR databases in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Provide support on benefits administration and leave records.
6. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Prior experience in HR support role is preferred.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented, self-driven, proactive, efficient, and a good team player.
4. Proficient in Microsoft tools, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
