How you will make an impact:

Provide daily operations of the concierge counter and deliver quality customer services to customers
Handle and follow up customer requests, enquiries, complaints and emergency causes.
To provide support in various promotional activities / operation
Conduct tenancy briefing for marketing and promotion activities
Handle daily administrative work

What we are looking for:

Certificate / Diploma or above, in Hospitality / Property management / Tourism or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years working experience in management and customer services
Having experience in the shopping mall industry is advantageous
Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered as Assistant Customer Services Officer
