Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.

Position Description

This is a 4 to 6-month fixed-term role dedicated to the "Project Digital Archive". The primary focus is to digitize decades of physical training records to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize office space, and improve retrieval efficiency across multiple sites.

What You'll Do

Batch Document Scanning, systematically digitize physical files in organized batches.
Data Entry & Indexing, enter and tag records into the digital system following agreed folder taxonomy and naming conventions.
Review scanned images for legibility and verify digital copies against original paper records.
Assist with the secure shredding of outdated records in accordance with the 7-year data retention policy.

What You'll Need

Recognized diploma or degree in any discipline; Business or Administration related is an advantage.
Prior experience in administrative support, document management, or data entry preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and experience operating high-volume scanning equipment.
Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written) for indexing and internal coordination.
