Logistics Supervisor

Hands-on experience working with 3PLs, import/ logistics procedures
Process stock replenishment orders for retail stores and treatment centers
Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary lead for 3PL partner relationships, monitoring performance against SLAs, cost efficiency, and service standards
Process stock replenishment orders for retail stores and treatment centers. Monitor stock levels, trigger alerts when items are Out-of-Stock (OOS)
Maintain rigorous inventory accuracy through cycle counts and systematic audits
Manage stock quality enquiries, addressing discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns immediately to maintain operational standards
Organize the shipment of overseas stock intended for use by the treatment center, ensuring all items arrive on time and are accounted for
Oversee logistics coordination for special projects, including retail store openings, closures, internal staff sales, and marketing events
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and front-line staff) to resolve daily logistical issues and provide timely updates on order status and stock availability
Manage the logistics for all workplace needs, including operational materials, office furniture, and document storage, to ensure the team has everything required to run daily operations smoothly

Requirements:

Degree holder in Supply Chain/ Logistics or related disciplines
Hands-on experience working with 3PLs, import/ logistics procedures
Knowledge of using SAP system
Proactive, independent, with strong problem solving skills
Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and with high energy level
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of management, internal and external clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Logistics Officer
Immediate available is highly preferred
