About The Role

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on, and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our fast-growing operations team at IM8. You will own the full warehouse cycle — inbound receiving, outbound fulfilment, pick and pack, and stock management. This is a high-energy role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, speed, and a positive attitude matter. What You'll Do● Receive, check, and accurately process all inbound shipments

● Execute outbound fulfilment — pick, pack, and dispatch orders to the correct specifications and quality standards

● Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet daily fulfilment targets

● Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy

● Manage stock organisation and warehouse layout for maximum operational efficiency

● Update stock movements and inventory records in the system promptly

● Prepare shipping documents including packing lists, delivery orders, and invoices

● Coordinate closely with the operations team to resolve issues and hit daily targets

● Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse at all times

● Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team

What You'll Need

● Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred; motivated fresh graduates welcome

● Hands-on and physically capable — comfortable with lifting and moving goods

● Sharp, detail-oriented, and highly accurate — zero errors is the standard

● Able to stay calm, focused, and productive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

● Strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

● Basic computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets; ERP system experience a plus)

● Good command of Cantonese; basic English an advantage

● Willing to work flexible hours during peak periods

工作職責

● 準時、準確地接收及處理所有入倉貨品

● 執行出倉訂單——按指定規格及品質標準執貨、包裝及安排發貨

● 確保訂單及時準確處理，達成每日出貨指標

● 定期進行存貨盤點及循環盤點，確保庫存準確無誤

● 維持倉庫貨物整理及佈局，提升整體營運效率

● 及時更新系統內的存貨移動及庫存記錄

● 準備出貨文件，包括裝箱清單、送貨單及發票等

● 與營運團隊緊密協調，解決突發問題並完成每日目標

● 時刻保持倉庫整潔、安全及有序

● 執行上司交辦之其他臨時工作

職位要求

● 具備最少 1 年倉務或物流工作經驗者優先；有幹勁之應屆畢業生亦歡迎申請

● 積極主動，能勝任體力勞動工作，包括搬運貨物

● 思維敏銳，注重細節，工作準確性高——此職位要求零錯誤

● 能於高壓、急速的工作環境下保持冷靜、專注及高效

● 具備良好團隊合作精神，態度積極進取

● 基本電腦操作能力（熟悉 Excel、Google Sheets；具 ERP 系統操作經驗者優先）
