Role Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple functions within the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Your responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and candidate outreach to interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation. You will build and maintain strong talent pipelines, leveraging multiple channels including job platforms, professional networks, referrals, and proactive headhunting. You will design and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality. In addition, you will analyze hiring metrics and market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness in attracting high-quality candidates. You will play a key role in employer branding initiatives, helping to position the organization as an employer of choice. The role also involves ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, labor regulations, and internal hiring standards. You will collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to support workforce planning and organizational growth. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills are essential, as you will influence hiring outcomes and shape team structures. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, people-driven environment focused on building high-performing teams.

Qualifications:

Strong academic background in human resources, business administration, psychology, organizational development, or related fields. Strong understanding of recruitment principles, talent acquisition strategies, and end-to-end hiring processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders. Strong sourcing and networking abilities, with experience using multiple recruitment channels and tools. Ability to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through structured interviewing techniques. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring performance. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment platforms is advantageous. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage offers and candidate expectations effectively. High attention to detail and strong commitment to process accuracy and compliance. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement. High level of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in all hiring decisions.
