We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and enhance financial operations. This role is based in Macao and requires expertise in accounting, financial planning, and compliance to support strategic business objectives.

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and banking activities to ensure sufficient funding for operations
Prepare and monitor short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
Oversee financing activities, including loans, credit facilities, and capital structure
Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions
Negotiate banking terms, fees, and service agreements
Ensure efficient treasury operations, including payments and cash controls
Monitor compliance with loan covenants, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
Prepare regular treasury reports and provide insights to senior management
Support strategic initiatives such as investments, M&A, and business expansion
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business units to optimize financial performance

理想的求职者

A successful Finance Manager should have:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACT) preferred
5-10 years of relevant treasury or corporate finance experience
Strong knowledge of cash management, banking products, and financial risk management
Experience in managing loan facilities and banking relationships
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and risk awareness
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment
