The University now invites applications for the following position:

Part-time Officer – Advancement and Alumni Affairs Office (Ref: PTO (AAAO) 2026-06-26)

Responsibilities:

support alumni engagement events and activities, such as talks, workshops and outings;
support the management and operation of various communication channels;
provide editorial support and assist in the publishing of alumni publications;
assist in the production of promotional materials;
liaise with various internal offices and units;
assist in maintaining the day-to-day operation of alumni services; and
provide general administrative and operational support.

Applicants should:

possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the higher education sector;
have knowledge of social media platforms and digital content management;
have basic knowledge of updating websites using WordPress and design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools) is advantageous;
be proficient in IT applications, including MS Office;
possess good communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills;
have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment; and
be a good team player and have the ability to work independently.
