Visit stores, analyze customer service performance and benchmark the market
Internship/ Part Time project role for Bachelor or Master degree students
2-3 days per week, flexible working arrangement

We are looking for a self-motivated and curious university student to join our team on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week).

In this role, you will gain first-hand exposure to retail operations by visiting stores, analyzing customer service performance, and benchmarking against competitors. You will also support senior leaders by preparing insights and executive-level materials.

What you will do:

Visit retail and competitor stores to observe operations and customer experience
Analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities
Work with business partners to validate insights
Prepare presentation materials for senior management

Who we are looking for:

Bachelor or Master degree students
Self-driven, curious, down-to-earth, and fast learner
Strong analytical sense and business mindset
Interest or experience in retail / supermarket industry in HK is a plus
