Role Description

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects in alignment with business objectives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role oversees the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal teams. The Project Manager develops detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, while tracking progress and managing risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, including technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with project goals. The Project Manager is also responsible for managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring that project outcomes meet quality standards and contractual requirements.

In addition, this position includes regular reporting on project performance, facilitating meetings, resolving project challenges, and ensuring effective change management when project scope adjustments are required.

Qualifications

Strong experience in project planning, coordination, and delivery across relevant industry environments such as construction, engineering, IT, or business operations.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid frameworks, including tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage risks, resolve conflicts, and maintain project momentum under pressure.

A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is typically required; professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present updates clearly to both technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, Jira, or similar tools, along with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
