Role Mission

Responsible for driving business growth across Hong Kong through key channels including pharmacy chains, hospitals, general trade, and retail.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship-building capability, and the ability to develop new opportunities while strengthening existing customer partnerships.

Role Summary

This position plays a key role in expanding the company’s market presence, managing strategic accounts, and driving sales performance across trade channels.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute sales plans, support trade marketing initiatives, and deliver sustainable business growth.

Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies, budgeting, and forecasting plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
Identify and develop new customers, partners, and sales channels within Hong Kong.
Drive sales growth across key accounts and general trade channels.
Develop and implement strategic account plans for key clients and retail partners.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with major customers and business partners.
Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, while monitoring their performance.
Handle client enquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with external marketing teams to execute trade marketing and sales plans for key account channels.
Support in-store promotions, product launches, and channel campaigns.
Provide market feedback on pricing, competitor activity, and product demand.
Lead sales efforts to achieve and exceed business targets.
Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required.

Ideal Candidates

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
3 to 8 years of relevant experience in key account management, general trade, or retail sales in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consumer health, or OTC
Proven track record in managing and growing key accounts.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
