Role Summary:

Reporting Line: HR Director

We are currently seeking an HRIS Transformation Manager to lead Mitrade’s global HR system unification and support broader HR digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will act as the HR project owner for the assessment, design, implementation, and optimization of a unified HRIS across multiple regions. This role will work closely with Corporate HR, regional HR teams, business leaders, IT, vendors, and technical stakeholders to standardize HR processes, improve data quality, strengthen people analytics, and reduce manual HR work.

In addition to HRIS project ownership, the role will provide selected HR business partnering support, helping translate business and workforce needs into practical HR processes, systems, and solutions. This role will directly be reporting to the HR Director.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end global HRIS transformation project, including current-state assessment, requirement gathering, process design, vendor coordination, implementation, testing, rollout, and post-launch optimization.
Review existing HR systems, processes, spreadsheets, and regional practices to identify gaps, duplication, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization.
Define and implement consistent global HR workflows across areas such as employee data, onboarding, offboarding, leave, attendance, payroll inputs, performance management, recruitment, and reporting.
Coordinate HR data cleansing, migration, validation, access controls, and data governance to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency.
Work with HRIS vendors, IT, regional HR teams, and internal stakeholders to manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and system requirements.
Develop and improve HR dashboards and people analytics reporting using Power BI or similar tools.
Identify opportunities for HR automation and AI-enabled solutions, working with technical teams to improve HR efficiency and employee experience.
Prepare project documentation, process maps, user guides, training materials, and stakeholder updates.
Support change management, user training, adoption tracking, and continuous system improvement.
Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders on selected workforce planning, performance management, organization development, employee engagement, and HR process improvement initiatives.

What We Require From You:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HR, HRIS, HR transformation, HR project management, or a related role.
Proven experience leading or owning an HRIS implementation, transformation, migration, or major system optimization project.
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and the ability to translate HR requirements into practical system solutions.
Experience working across multiple regions, entities, or international HR teams.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, documentation, and change management skills.
Experience with multiple HRIS platforms or similar systems would be an advantage.
Power BI, people analytics, dashboard, or advanced Excel experience would be highly preferred.
Experience with HR automation, AI-enabled HR tools, system integration, data migration, or user acceptance testing would be an advantage.
HR business partnering experience and understanding of Hong Kong employment practices would be beneficial.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin or Cantonese would be an advantage.
Hands-on, structured, and comfortable managing a transformation project in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
