The E&M Director will oversee the planning & execution of mega size E&M construction projects. This role is based in Hong Kong and requires strong leadership and technical expertise to ensure project success.

Description

As an E&M Director, your main responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the design & installation of electrical and mechanical systems for construction projects.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimise project outcomes.
Managing budgets and resources to achieve cost-effective solutions.
Conducting quality assurance checks and troubleshooting technical issues.
Providing technical guidance and support to project teams.
Implementing energy-efficient and sustainable solutions where applicable.
Preparing reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful E&M Director should have:

A degree in E&M Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
15+ yrs experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
Chartered Engineer
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in Hong Kong.
Proficiency in regulatory compliance and safety standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
