職位簡介 (about The Role)
本職位之速遞員負責在診所、醫院、採樣點與中央實驗室之間，安全、合規且準時地收集、運送及遞送醫療或化驗樣本。這是一個位於香港的外勤（外出行走）職位，直接向銷售總監（Sales Director）匯報。
- 樣本收集與遞送：到各大診所收集醫療樣本（如血液、組織等）並送回報告。大部分時間需在外出行走或於臨床環境中工作。
- 安全運送：利用公共交通工具攜帶隔熱保溫運送箱，並嚴格遵守所需的溫度條件及感染控制指引。
- 文件記錄與發運：核對樣本標籤及監管鏈（chain-of-custody）文件，並協助安排將樣本安全運送到海外診斷實驗室。
- 溝通與維護：如遇任何突發事件或運送延誤，須及時向主管匯報；負責日常運送設備的檢查與維護。
- 靈活性：協助處理突發的物流任務，並需配合實驗室需求，在有需要時於週末或公眾假期輪班工作。
入職要求 (role Requirements)
必備條件：
- 中學程度或具同等學歷。
- 熟悉香港街道及各大醫院/診所位置。
- 體魄強健，能搬運及攜帶樣本運送箱。
- 具責任感、守時且高度可靠。
優先條件：
- 具備速遞或運送經驗（具醫療樣本運送經驗者優先考慮）。
- 對感染控制及生物樣本處理有基本認識（公司將提供相關培訓）。
- 具備良好的溝通能力（粵語為主；懂基本英語者更佳）。

About The Role
The Courier Messenger is responsible for the timely, safe, and compliant collection, transportation, and delivery of medical or laboratory samples between clinics, hospitals, collection sites, and central laboratories. This is an active, field-based role located in Hong Kong that reports directly to the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Sample Collection & Delivery: Collect medical samples (e.g., blood, tissue) from clinics and return reports, spending the majority of your time on the road and in clinical environments.
- Safe Transportation: Carry insulated transport boxes via public transport, strictly maintaining required temperature conditions and infection control regulations.
- Documentation & Dispatch: Verify sample labels and chain-of-custody paperwork, and coordinate secure sample deliveries to overseas diagnostic labs.
- Communication & Maintenance: Promptly report any incidents or transport delays to your supervisor, perform daily vehicle checks, and maintain transport equipment.
- Flexibility: Assist with ad-hoc logistics tasks and be available for occasional weekend or public holiday work as required by the laboratory.
Role Requirements
Must-Haves
- Secondary school education or equivalent.
- Strong familiarity with Hong Kong streets and major hospital/clinic locations.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry sample containers.
- Responsible, punctual, and highly reliable.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous courier or messenger experience (medical transport experience is a big plus).
- Basic understanding of infection control and handling biological samples (though training will be provided).
- Good communication skills (Cantonese preferred; basic English is an advantage).
