Part-time UAT tester - Digital Transformation (4-6months contract)

Assist on User Acceptance Test
Post implementation performance tracking
Work at least 3 days per week

Responsibilities:

Assist on User Acceptance Test, identify defect resolutions and post implementation performance tracking
Conduct research to understand customer needs
Assist to interprets user requirements on new business features and enhancements

Requirements:

Good commitment with minimum 3 working days per week (Mon - Fri, e.g: 9am - 6pm)
Undergraduate student majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information System or related discipline are preferable
Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication and problem solving skills, with a can-do attitude and has to be a good team player
Proactive with strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
Good knowledge in marketing, digital or AI will be advantages
