Job Duties

To assist in the implementation of education policies, for example, matters related to the sister school scheme;
To liaise with school personnel and other stakeholders concerned;
To plan and prepare materials for various internal and external meetings and tours to Mainland;
To assist in organising large-scale events for students, including Guangdong-Hong Kong Sister School Contract Signing Ceremony and Guangdong-Hong Kong Sister School activities;
To conduct school visits to identify good practices of school activities;
To assist in maintaining and updating the content of the school scheme website;
To monitor the work progress of the service contractor of the school scheme;
To assist in distributing, collecting, compiling, researching, updating and collating materials, data and returns;
To assist in maintaining records of schools with remarkable practices for professional sharing;
To resolve general enquiries and complaints for appropriate or urgent action required;
To liaise with internal and external parties (e.g. operators and schools) concerning the scheme;
To provide administrative support to officers at the section; and
To perform any other duties as assigned.

Salary Offered: $38,000

Job Requirements

A Hong Kong bachelor's degree or equivalent;
A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
Three years' relevant post-degree experience in the education sector (preferred);
At least 1 year working experience in government, public sector or NGO within the 5 years immediately preceding the application;
Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE or HKCEE or equivalent;
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Chinese inputting method and other common applications;
Experience in liaison, project management, supervision and leadership (preferred);
Strong analytical skills, project management and coordination skills.
