Role Mission

To support the Marketing Director in planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives, conducting market research and competitor analysis, and coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple countries to drive business growth and strengthen key account relationships in the fashion and sporting industry.

Role Summary

You will join our dynamic marketing team and work closely with the Marketing Director to execute marketing strategies and goals.
This role involves conducting market research, coordinating with merchandising teams across Shenzhen and SE Asian countries, managing key accounts, and providing comprehensive administrative and project support.
The position requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness of Western markets, and willingness to travel internationally to support our global operations.

Job Description

Provide all round support to the Marketing Director
Support the Marketing Director in planning and executing marketing strategies and goals
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
Perform competitor analysis to understand market positioning and competitive landscape
Gather and analyze customer insights to inform marketing decisions
Coordinate with merchandising teams across Shenzhen & SE Asian countries
Assist in managing key accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and account status
Organize and facilitate customer visits and meetings
Ensure accurate communication between internal teams and external clients
Identify and reduce operational errors to improve efficiency
Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and meeting preparation
Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and promotional events
Maintain marketing materials and brand assets
Support project management initiatives and track project timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, production, and logistics

Ideal Candidates

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2-3 years of experience in marketing, account management, or merchandising support (fashion accessories/apparel/textiles industry preferred)
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (other regional languages are a plus)
Excellent time-management skills, highly organized with project management abilities
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow into a leadership role
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
