Associate/ AVP - Compensation & Benefits (global financial services firm) - up to $HK 60 p/m base

Summary of the role and key responsibilities:

Own APAC compensation strategy execution (e.g., salary review cycles, promotions, incentives, job evaluation support where applicable).
Design and manage regional compensation frameworks (grade/level structure, pay ranges, leveling calibration, internal equity principles).
Partner with HR and Finance on merit planning, budgeting, and related compensation analytics.
Support compensation benchmarking and market intelligence to ensure competitiveness (including vendor management).
Coordinate APAC benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement/pension, leaves/mandatory benefits as applicable).
Ensure benefits structure and plan documents are updated and compliant with local requirements.
Manage benefits vendor relationships and service delivery (including open enrollment or annual renewals).
Drive process improvements to enhance benefits administration efficiency and employee experience.
Ensure compensation and benefits policies are compliant with local requirements across APAC.
Maintain compensation/benefits governance documentation, audit trails, and employee communications.
Support controls for pay decisions, approvals, and documentation standards.

Key skills required:

At least 6 years compensation & benefits experience from a leading global financial services firm
Must have excellent English & Cantonese
