Inhouse I.T. Support / Helpdesk Support Officer

Job Responsibilities

Provide hands-on user support, including installation, configuration and troubleshooting of PC hardware and software.
Manage network infrastructure, ensuring smooth connectivity and security across locations.
Support business applications, overseeing email and internal systems to maximize efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs with project management skill.
Develop and maintain scripts or small automation tools (e.g. Python) to improve workflows and system efficiency.
Leverage AI technologies in IT operations, including but not limited to building intelligent automation solutions that enhance business processes.
Explore opportunities to apply machine learning models and AI-driven analytics to improve system monitoring, predictive maintenance, and user experience.
Perform ad hoc duties and general administrative tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualities

Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in system engineering or administration focusing on servers (e.g. Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V), cloud-based applications (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM systems), virtualization and operating systems (e.g. Windows, macOS).
Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred) and experience with API integration.
Familiarity with AI tools or agents and their application in business workflows is a plus.
Experience in server hardware configuration, knowledge of voice or SIP solutions is a plus.
General knowledge in networking concepts and protocols.
High integrity, pro-active, independent and willing to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skill with a positive can-do attitude.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Immediately available is highly preferred.
