Responsibilities

Event Marketing & Execution

• Plan and execute a diverse portfolio of online and offline events, including festive celebrations, music shows, dance challenges, weekend markets, award ceremonies, career workshops, campus activations, and digital engagement campaigns.

• Coordinate end-to-end event execution, including promotion, participant recruitment, guest invitations, venue and vendor liaison, performer management, event materials preparation, on-site operations, and post-event follow-up.

• Ensure events are delivered professionally, on schedule, and within budget while maximising audience engagement and overall event experience.

• Provide on-site support during events and troubleshoot operational issues when necessary.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Assist in developing and executing social media and digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

• Create engaging content including social media posts, short-form videos, event promotions, and marketing materials.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Stay up to date with Gen Z trends, emerging social platforms, and digital content best practices.

Partnership & Business Development Support

• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with brands, sponsors, KOLs, universities, student organisations, and community partners.

• Assist in identifying potential collaboration and sponsorship opportunities.

• Prepare partnership proposals, sponsorship materials, presentations, and related documentation.

• Coordinate partnership deliverables and ensure commitments are fulfilled effectively.

Project Coordination & Account Support

• Coordinate marketing and event projects to ensure timely execution and delivery.

• Support client servicing activities and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.

• Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics.

Reporting & Market Research

• Prepare event and campaign reports covering audience engagement, participation, social media performance, and project outcomes.

• Conduct research on youth trends, university communities, competitor activities, and market developments.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a creative, energetic, and hands-on marketing professional who enjoys working on events, social media campaigns, partnerships, and youth-focused initiatives. You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in event management, social media, partnerships, account servicing, or related fields. More experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.

• Possess excellent command of both English and Cantonese (written and spoken).

• Are highly organised, detail-oriented, presentable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Have a strong understanding of Gen Z culture, digital trends, and emerging social media platforms.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

• Are willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required for events (compensation leave will be provided).

Bonus Points If You Have (desirable but not necessary)

• Experience working with universities, student organisations, youth communities, or campus marketing initiatives.

• Experience in sponsorship sales, partnership development, influencer marketing, or KOL management.

• Basic design, video editing, or content production skills.
