Job Description

As a Head of Investor Relation, your main responsibilities will include:

Lead and execute the company's overall investor relations strategy aligned with business and capital market objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders
Develop and deliver clear, consistent messaging on financial performance, strategy, and growth outlook
Prepare earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and other investor communications
Translate complex financial data into compelling and concise investment narratives
Manage relationships with buy-side and sell-side analysts and institutional investors
Organize investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings
Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment; provide insights to senior management
Advise CEO, CFO, and Board on valuation, market expectations, and shareholder feedback
Support capital raising, M&A, and strategic transactions from an investor communications perspective
Ensure compliance with disclosure regulations and corporate governance standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Investor Relation should have:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
12-15+ years of relevant experience.
Preferrable for backgrounds from Investment banking (M&A, ECM, advisory) or Buy-side or sell-side investment roles
Proven experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or public markets exposure
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Deep understanding of capital markets and investor behavior
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation ability
Ability to engage and influence C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
Strategic mindset with high attention to detail and strong business acumen
