�� We’re Hiring: HR Coordinator

�� Employment Type: Full-Time

�� Level: Entry to Mid-Level

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about employee support, HR administration, recruitment coordination, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

�� Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee documentation and orientation programs.

• Support payroll, leave administration, benefits coordination, and HR compliance activities.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace programs.

• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and company events.

• Assist with performance management, learning and development, and workforce planning activities.

• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and administrative documentation for management review.

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.

• Support various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in Human Resources, recruitment, administration, or employee services.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR information systems (HRIS) is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and labor regulations is beneficial.

• A degree, diploma, or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
