Role Description

The Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and strengthening internal compliance practices to ensure business operations align with applicable regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. This role supports the development and implementation of compliance frameworks, monitors internal controls, and promotes a culture of accountability across the organization.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures, conducting internal assessments, identifying potential compliance risks, and coordinating corrective actions where needed. The Compliance Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are clearly communicated, properly documented, and consistently followed throughout daily operations.

The role also supports audit preparation, maintains accurate compliance records, and tracks updates to regulatory requirements that may impact business activities. In addition, the Compliance Manager provides guidance on compliance-related matters, helps improve internal processes, and supports initiatives that strengthen governance and risk management practices.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. The Compliance Manager plays an important role in protecting operational integrity and ensuring the organization maintains high standards of compliance and business conduct.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Proactive approach to identifying risks and recommending practical solutions
Proficiency with standard business and reporting tools
Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and professional judgment
