W Hong Kong is hiring a Director of Spa at Bliss.

Job Descriptions

Run and optimize the Spa & Fitness unit (Bliss Spa, WET & FIT) to maintain high standards, enhance guest experience, and deliver strong top-line results and departmental profit.
Lead strategic planning and development, setting goals, systems, standards, and operating plans to ensure smooth, consistent operations across all areas.
Drive quality management by building service standards, monitoring service quality, implementing improvements, and ensuring W brand experience benchmarks are met.
Own finance performance for the department, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, analyzing variances, and reporting results in line with Marriott and ownership requirements.
Oversee purchasing and stock control, ensuring proper procedures, specifications, tender evaluation, price negotiation, inventory management, and alignment with Finance.
Manage human resources and talent development, including staffing plans/rosters, recruitment, performance appraisals, training, and talent records management.
Ensure industrial relations excellence, preventing and resolving grievances, counselling associates, handling disputes, and applying discipline fairly and in line with policy.
Deliver outstanding guest service and commercial results, using guest relations management plus sales/promotional strategies, up-selling, and suggestive selling to grow revenue.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and maintenance compliance, including Marriott Safe Food & Hygiene standards, security/emergency readiness, incident logging, and high-level cleaning.
Strengthen communication, administration, and leadership behaviors, ensuring effective team communication, meeting/reporting cadence, cross-cultural collaboration, professionalism, and continuous personal performance improvement.

Job Requirements

Experience - 10 year or above work experience in a reputable spa industry, preferably within a hotel environment.
