Regional Finance & Analyst Manager

Job Requirements

University degree preferred in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business planning, budgeting and control, management accounting, or finance functions within a complex organizational setting.
Experience in the Cargo agency industry is highly desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, with particular emphasis on Excel for complex data analysis, PowerPoint for executive presentations; D365 system knowledge would be a great advantage. Familiarity with Topaz, Hyperion, CRM and Power BI is also preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities across regions.
CPA certificate is preferred.

Job Duties

Provide technical support to Local offices (including 3 in Hong Kong,in Korea), including financial problem shooting, data analysis & evaluation, as well as guidance on financial systems (Topaz, D365, Hyperion, etc.).
Assist, review and validate monthly / quarterly reports from Local offices; simultaneously oversee monthly financial reconciliation across multiple entities, ensure alignment between statutory books and internal management accounts, support and lead month-end closing processes for Hong Kong, Shanghai, and China regional entities, and review and submit monthly closing data for Korea offices.
Conduct AR (Accounts Receivable) and AP (Accounts Payable) control across the region, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), DPO (Days Payable Outstanding) monitoring and aging analysis; manage regional employee cost allocation and related financial controls.
Provide support to the Internal settlement system, as well as technical support for financial platforms including Hyperion, D365, CRM and Power BI; standardize and validate financial data conversion, upload and reconciliation processes, and generate management reports.
Prepare comprehensive budget planning processes for the region, including variance analysis and performance tracking systems; additionally prepare cash reports, staff cost schedules, consolidated regional financial statements, TL performance analysis, cost aggregation and various ad-hoc financial reports to support management decision-making.
Manage statutory compliance and administration for Hong Kong and Singapore offices, including statutory records, external audits, tax filings, dividend distribution, and CBCR reporting; maintain banking information and support employee visa and management tax-related matters.
Review payroll data, process payroll disbursement and tax filings; support management with financial presentations, ad-hoc assignments and administrative tasks.
