We are seeking a proactive Finance Officer to manage the financial health of our NGO and social enterprises. You will bridge the gap between daily operational accuracy and long-term strategic sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Cash Management: Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping, including ledgers, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations for the NGO and its social ventures.
Reporting & Strategic Planning: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide actionable insights for organizational growth.
Compliance & Audit Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to Hong Kong accounting standards and NGO regulations while serving as the primary liaison for auditors and regulatory bodies.
Grant & Donor Stewardship: Manage fund reporting and financial data for government bodies and donors, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all grant-related documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years of experience; familiarity with NGOs or social enterprises is a distinct advantage.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in Xero and Excel, with a solid grasp of Hong Kong financial regulations and tax compliance.
Communication & Values: A mission-driven professional, bilingual in English and Chinese, who can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced charitable environment.
