ROLE MISSION

To drive sustainable sales growth in key European markets by leveraging your existing client base to bring in new clients, expand freehand business, and achieve revenue targets as an individual contributor.

ROLE SUMMARY

You will drive sales growth in key European markets (Germany, France, UK) from our Asia Pacific HQ.
This is an individual contributor role — the successful candidate must possess an established client base in the freight forwarding/logistics industry and will focus on bringing in new clients and expanding company business.
Key responsibilities include client development, freehand business expansion, revenue target achievement, lead generation, market intelligence, and promotional events.
You will work collaboratively within an 8-member sales team and report directly to the Sales Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships in European markets (Germany, France, UK)
Leverage your existing client base to drive immediate business growth
Identify and expand freehand business with existing and potential customers
Promote our full range of logistics services and build your personal client portfolio
Bring in new clients and expand company business (individual contributor role)
Drive sales growth to meet revenue, volume, and target account objectives
Manage daily sales activities, including calls and lead generation for overseas teams
Provide timely market intelligence to support management's business development strategies
Participate in sales and marketing events to enhance company visibility
Work collaboratively within the 8-member sales team
Report directly to the Sales Director

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Diploma or above
At least 5 years' relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry
Must possess an established client base in the freight forwarding/logistics sector
Proven track record of bringing in new clients and business development
Exposure to European market (Germany, France, UK) is a big plus
Energetic, aggressive, and results-oriented
Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a history of high performance
Proficient of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Individual contributor role
Work collaboratively within a sales team of 8 members
Report directly to the Sales Director
