Role Mission

You will contribute to the development and delivery of innovative interior design solutions for corporate office projects.
This role involves supporting the design team from concept development through construction and installation, ensuring successful implementation of design visions while meeting client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.

Role Summary

You will play a key part in creating design concepts, preparing technical drawings, and coordinating project deliverables for corporate office projects.
The position requires corporate office project experience, proficiency in design software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
You will work closely with the design team, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery in a collaborative, work-life balance-focused environment.

Job Description

Assist with the creation of design concepts and proposals, including sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings
Collaborate with the design team to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing interior design solutions
Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that align with the project vision
-prepare detailed design documentation including specifications and project timelines
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
Provide support throughout the construction and installation phases
Research industry trends and best practices to enhance design offerings
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work proactively in a team environment

Ideal Candidate

Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
1+ years of relevant experience in interior design or architecture studio
Must have experience in corporate office projects
Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent spatial awareness, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the design team and clients
Able to multi-task, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work proactively in a team environment
